Telemarketers sue over do-not-call list

The national do not call list has been a source of ire to me since its implementaion a few weeks ago. I LIKE that i can put my phone number on a list and that strangers then have to look at this list and say, "hey, saidy doesn't want us to call her at 8:00 am to ask if she wants another credit card." And then they DON'T CALL. But I fully understand that there are going to be a LOT of people who lose jobs whenthe list is put into effect and the number of people that they can call is decimated. I'm in a quandry.
